structural reinforcement

Column & Beam Failure

Once the cause of the failure is determined (i.e. soil failure, chemical or chloride ion migration to the rebar reinforcing etc.)  The ideal way to restore strength that has been lost to fracture of the concrete or deterioration of the rebar is the addition of composite reinforcing.  Columns can typically be made up to 12 times stronger and beams usually up to 4 times stronger.  Since the materials can be added directly to the tension face, the strength capabilities are very good.
